Colchester United's Football in the Community is a registered charity that provides high quality Sports and Education programmes to 8,000 children, young people and adults each week from across our communities.
CUFITC are looking to recruit talented coaches to work within our Holiday Programme. If you are a coach or teacher with experience and/or passion for sport and developing participates then this is an opportunity for you!
This role provides an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, ambitious coach/teacher to join our progressive Community Coaching Team during the school holidays.
Roles and responsibilities include planning sessions in accordance with our holiday programme syllabus, delivering as a Lead or Support Coach as part of a Coaching team and constantly reviewing your development and delivery within the organisation.

Job Purpose: To deliver high quality coaching and development within our holiday Programme, enabling individuals to develop their abilities, reach their potential and inspire the next generation of sports men and women.
Are You Eligible: To be eligible for shortlisting candidates a desirable qualification would be; NGB Level 1 Coaching Qualification, up to date Safeguarding and Emergency Aid Certificates. All eligible candidates must have a DBS.
Pay Rate: £10-£15 per hour dependant on experience
