Colchester United Community Foundation are looking to recruit talented football coaches to work within our FA Female Emerging Talent Centre & Female Development Centre Programmes. If you are a Football Coach with experience and/or passion for the female game and developing female footballers then this is an opportunity for you!
Colchester United Community Foundation is a registered charity that provides high quality Sports and Education programmes to 9,000 children, young people and adults each week from across our communities.
This role provides an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, ambitious football coach to join our progressive Community Coaching Team.
Roles and responsibilities include planning sessions in accordance with the FA 4 corner and player development model and Club Female Development Centre syllabus. Roles include Lead age group coaches or Support Coaches constantly reviewing personal and player progression and development.

Sessions in which we are looking to recruit coaching staff for include:
Monday (4.30-6pm) @ Shrub End, Colchester (Female Development Centre Foundation & Youth Phases)
Friday (5.25-6.55pm) @ Shrub End, Colchester (FA Emerging Talent Centre Foundation & Youth Phases)
Job Purpose: To deliver high quality football coaching and development within our FA Emerging Talent Centre and Female Development Centre Programmes (U10-U16), enabling individuals to develop their abilities, reach their potential and inspire the next generation of senior female players.
Are You Eligible: To be eligible for shortlisting a candidates a desirable qualification would be; FA Level 2 Coaching Qualification, up to date FA Safeguarding and Emergency Aid Certificates. All eligible candidates must have an enhanced DBS or be willing to complete prior to taking post.
Pay Rate: £10-£15 per hour dependant on experience
