Looking for leadership roles in Cyber Security and Risk Services
Over all 15 years of IT experience of which last 5 years in Program Management.
Ideal candidates will have client management experience in securityprograms and have relevant security certifications like CISSP or CISM
In-depth understanding of at least two security domains SecurityOperations (Network Security), Security Monitoring & EventCo-relations, Identity and Access Management.
Will be Single point contact for the client for the entire Program
Strong planning & tracking skills, Strong Communication &Interaction skills
Roles and Responsibility:
Act as the focal point for IT Security Delivery and responsible forthe client to realize the expected Business benefits.
Responsible to have Strategic relations with client executive team Business Leaders, CISO and PMO.
Become a trusted advisor to the customer and participate incustomers strategic planning
Understand objectives and define the structure and content of Programnecessary to implement the Program Strategy.
Ensure an appropriate Governance Framework is in place to manage theProgram in overseeing the Transition, Delivery Plans and Mobilizing withinternal teams to build the right team for successful execution of the Program.
Responsible for ensuring Delivery commitments are made on time, tobudget ensuring Customer delight.
To facilitate and identify the Program risks upfront and to ensurethat such risks are managed through Governance boards
Be the Interface to both internal and external stake holders toensure internal and external dependencies are identified and mitigatedin ensuring committed delivery.
Ensure the assigned Program is properly planned, organized, directedand monitored to meet customer requirements within budgeted costs andagreed schedules.
Responsible for the Program Revenue with timely submission ofInvoices and improving account growth through Delivery excellence
Ensure high Customer Satisfaction and Net Promoter Score for theProgram; meet and exceed Operational Targets.
Build a trusted group of reference-able customers who will be loyalsupporters for Wipro
Creates Customer value through Delivery Excellence, Continual ServiceImprovement initiatives and Program Optimizations.
Works with Internal teams in Reviewing Proposals, Solutions andPro-actively taking Solutions with customer in increasing growth
Drive Account Mining through proactive and reactive Opportunities
Drive resource forecasting to drive and address Opportunities
